Hello, hello! I am Crystal Nguyen, a first generation Vietnamese-American woman who was born in the Bay Area and is currently residing in Los Angeles. I am here to help you showcase the heart and effort behind your organization’s work, crafting stories that resonate deeply and inspire action from your audience.I have always been grounded in community, compassion, connections, and storytelling. Although I majored in English in undergrad, my career took me down a different path in the Trade Compliance field for over a decade. After healing from burn out, going to therapy as well as coaching, and resetting, I discovered the social impact space and learned about social impact reports in 2024. I recognized creating and building social impact reports along with being a thought-partner and a storyteller are my acts of service for social change.Therefore, I am committed to spotlighting organizations whose missions are impacting and protecting the lives of vulnerable community members in different sectors, while adding a mix of love, warmth, assisting you with your organizations programs "so what?", and a reminder that you are always deserving of your flowers—this concoction is the Crystal Sparkle.A fun quick fact: Joshua Tree National Park is one of my favorite places in the world as the beauty of nature is undeniable.

Curating designs to elevate the data, storytelling, and overall impact to align with your organization and mission.
Creating infographics, presentations, and other media and visual elements to articulate complex information in a compassionate and digestible manner.
Recommending fonts and color palettes for your newsletters, reports, presentations, brochures, or websites.
Ensuring the visual layout, user interface as well as user experience is both visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible.
WRITING:
Assisting with copywriting on emails, marketing materials, social media content, memos, newsletters, and so forth with a lens of empathy and community care.
Proof-reading to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice, and formatting for distribution and release.
Providing customized ghost-writing in order to tailor the content that aligns with the organization, brand, tone, and target audience.
